After I return from holiday I'm thinking about joining CD. I've got about 5 stone to lose. I lost a chunk before doing W8, so have managed on just shakes before and know what to expect, but I just introduced food all at once after catching a bug and never got back on track and therefore put all the weight and little bit more back on. I've been slogging away religiously with WW Pro Points for the last 6 weeks and have lost the grand total of 2lbs :sigh: I kid you not! So drastic action required. Just one question for all those currently on the plan, do you exercise? I currently do 3-4 military fitness classes a week and run a couple of 5k's and don't really want to give that up, but don't know if I'll have the energy (when I did W8 before I did no exercise so have nothing to comapare in that respect!). But don't think I can have the shakes and food as I'll just fall off the waggon too quickly.
Any advice/help gratefully received
