hi all

My husband (timh)posted earlier on today saying that we started cd,ss this moring and so far we have both been okish.

I have one shake (the pre made choc one) left to day and at the moment its in the freezer, am quite looking forward to that!!

The only problem i have had today is drinking this much water, as im not really a water drinker, but i now that its really important so will stick with it but i am looking forward to week three so that i can get the flavouring to go with it plus then making the muffins,they sound really good.

Anyway just wanted to say hello

Hi Vic and good luck to you both!

Re the water it does get easier as you get used to it. Try splitting it down across the day, couple of bottles before lunch, couple in the afternoon, couple in the evening.

Welcome to you too vickh, just on the water, I find drinking it warm, usually half from the kettle half from the tap much easier to drink than cold water.

Also some of the girls find that drinking through a straw helps them drink more :) If you like sparkling water that can be nice for a change

hiya, welcome you too to mini's :) thats great you and your hubby doing it together fab for support. with the water its tough especially at first but if you build it up i started at 2.5litres in week one the 3l in week two 3.5week 3 and im now at 4litres a day.

Hi. Good Luck with the diet. I'm doing this with my hubby too. The only frustrating thing is that men lose so much quicker!!!! It's not fair! lol

its really nice to now that you are all there, So far this moring we have both been drinking away and the only frustrating thing is that we both weighed ourselves this morning and like T said men do loose quicker which was abit upsetting ( hubby has lost 6lbs more than me!!!) but i am still going with it and only time will tell how we do at the end of it all.
