B/L Brunch, 2x richmond skinless sausages (5), 2 x medallion bacon, egg, tomato with usa salad (cabbage, carrots, red onions, lettuce and peppers)

Dinner, Birds eye cod in butter sauce (5), new pots with skins (hexB), carrots, swede, brocolli, cauliflower, sprouts

Snack, mint crunch hifi (HexB), beef, skimmed milk (HexA) 3 x hot chocolate (3)

Hey thanks donnie, buts its cadburys level teaspoon and on the syn it says 1 per spoon and only have small cup, but thanks for looking at menu and pointing stuff out for me, hope i do this right this time. xxxx

20th November 09 Original Day

Not a morning person for breakfast so will put stuff down i have planned for the day and will add if hungry later on :) Also on green i love omlette but with speghitti so i wont have it atm :D

Lunch, Chicken Fillets filled with Broccolli & Cheese & Wrapped in Bacon, from iceland (2), cabbage, lettuce, tomatos, cucumber, carrots, onions, light mayo (2)

Dinner, Beef casserole, broccolli, cauliflower, carrots, swede&carrots, 2 yorkshires puds (4)

Snacks, milk (HexA), 3 tsp of hot chocolate (3), hifi bar (HexB), Wholemeal barmcake (HexB) with beef spring onions (if hungry later in evening)

21st November 09 Dunno what day lol

Breakfast, hifi bar (HexB)

All you can eat chinese buffet consist of, 2 x spring rolls, 4 x veg samosa's, 3 x chicken satay (without sauce), 2 salt and peppa ribs (small) 2 x bbq ribs (small), chicken and sweetcorn soup, duck, 3x pancakes, spring onion, cucumber, hoisin sauce, chicken curry, mushroom foo yung (think it called that mushroom omlette look like) 2xtbsp rice (Not a rice eater prefer my starters)

Came home and was stuffed all night so nothing else :rolleyes:

Breakfast, home made mushroom fo yung, 4 eggs, mushrooms spring onions, ground ginger, soya sauce, bacon medallions

Late Lunch, 2 x wholemeal barms (2HexB), homemade burgers, bacon medallions, mozerella (HexA), 2x light mayo (4)

Dinner, not sure yet

Snacks, 3 x hot chocolate, milk (hexA)

Syns 7

keeping them low until weigh in day as scales i dont like them showing a massive gain so being extra careful till wednesday (i dont wanna go tbh)

Lunch, tesco healthy living wholemeal bread (HexB), 2 bacon medallions, fried egg (0.5)

Dinner, mincemeat, oxo cubes, 2tbsp gravy(1), sprouts, carrots, broccoli, cauli, 2xyorkies (4)

Snacks 3xhotchocolate (3), milk (HexA), hifi bar (HexB)

Syns 8.5

Will add later any more just only had lunch and dinner in oven mmmmm

Not got no money for fruit or salad stuff this next 2 weeks and on no money budget as need to pay d/d's, so i dont know what ill be doing for next 2 weeks:cry:, dont think i can do this on a budget with no money at all, poor kids to :cry: oh god i feel :jelous: now thinking of it

Having change today as i just fancy some pasta today mmmmm

Lunch, Pasta and sauce broccoli and cheese (0.5), milk (hexA) sweetcorn

Dinner, Lamb shank in mint sauce (2.5), sprouts, cauli, broc, carrots

Snack hifi bar (HexB), milk (HexA) 3x hot chocolate (3)

Lunch, asda carbonara (2) sweetcorn

Dinner, fish and chips from chippy

I sts this week so had chippy and ready for next week

Got weekly menus sorted so hopefully 100% this week (I CAN DO IT) :D

26th November 09 Mix2Max Day

Lunch, Bacon, Tesco barm (HexB) lettuce, spring onions, tomato's. light mayo (2)

Dinner, Iceland chicken with broccolli and cheese wrapped in bacon (2), broccolli, carrots, swedes, sprouts, cauliflower light mayo (2)

Snacks, hifi bar (HexB), monster munch (5.5) voda (2.5)

Syns so far 14

Omg not enough time in the day to eat what i originally put, was stuffed from breakfast and couldnt manage pasta n sauce so went for blt on small barm was lovely too mmmmm

27th November 09 Green Day

Suppose to be a mix2max day grrrrr, but i cant eat 3 whole meals in a day and struggling and had a hospital appointment so breakfast/lunch was late/early

Breakfast pear, banana

Lunch 3xww danish, lurpak light (1.5) 2 fried eggs (1) can of baked beans

Dinner, Pasta and sauce ham leek (1), mozerlla (hexa) sweetcorn and mushrooms

Snacks milk (Hexa) 3 hot cocoa (3) monster munch (5.5) hifi bar (Hexb) Vodka (2.5)
