New SW stickies

I hope noone minds but Ive created a new FAQ sticky.

I may be wrong but I got the impression when Jax started her thread it was to share low syn goodies or things you had just discovered that were SW friendly.

Ruths idea of a thread for new comers was great too, but it seemed they were more like 2 separate trains of thought.

Ive split the 2 into 2 separate threads... if thats ok.... if not I can merge them again
