New to Atkins :)

I am just introducing Atkins this week as I read the book, I guess so its not a big shock to my system. I lost 4 stone on CD then tried Exante, but just can't stomach the shakes!

Does this sounds ok for a daily intake?

Breakfast 2 choppy boiled eggs, 3 Bacon medallions and a sprinkle of cheddar

Lunch Tuna mayo salad with leafy salads, few olives and bit of Mozzerella.

Dinner flash fried steak in a little butter with mushrooms and leafy salad

I am trying to fine tune it at the mo and trying to think of snacks, I have a can of coke zero about 2pm.

Does this look enough? x
 
Thanks Tazbabe! I have been reading the new Atkins New You and, it all seems too simple to be true and work to be honest lol x
