New to calorie counting (lost 2 stone 4lbs on CD)

Hi everyone!! I am new to this part of minimins, was on the CD forum but have now decided to do it myself (well as of Sat) and just need some help really!!

I have 10lbs still to lose (but it might be more as I may have gained due to coming off CD - water retention) to get to my goal weight of 9 stone 7lbs! I was being weighed every Thursday and am going to continue with this!

For my breakfast I am thinking special K with semi skimmed milk or scrammbled eggs on wholemeal Weight watchers bread (49cals per slice)!

I am stuck on lunch ideas as at the moment all I can think of is salad!!

Also I have some questions!! How much do you aim to lose per week doing calorie counting? How many calories should I be aiming for each day? and how much exercise do you do?

I have just been nosing on various sites and saw that no one had replied to your question. Log on to http://www.nutracheck.co.uk first and start free trial to show you the weight loss you should be aiming for and your target date. then with that information log on to http://www.myfitnesspal.com where you can log all your food and it tells you instantly the calories eaten the protein fat etc. I'll PM this to you as well in case you don't see this here x
