Just wanted to say Hello to you all. I have just started Cambridge and had my first weigh in this morning
5lb gone, is that good for the first week?
I am on 4 packs per day, not impressed with my CDC she is not very enthusiastic, but I am determined to crack on.
My plan is to try and loose a stone before my holiday in July and then jump back on it to complete the weight loss fingers crossed.
