Attack New to Dukan - revisiting MiniMins

Hi peeps :)
I am rejoining Minimins as I am on my second day of Dukan, and I have come to the conclusion that this is the best possible diet I could have chosen. However, the website although actually full of good stuff when you get used to navigating it, has the WORST forum ever, people are just on there whining and it's depressing me! So I remembered how nice the people were here, and I am coming back for more ;)
3lbs off in two days, not bored on the diet, full as a gun and eating stuff I like, so all going fine so far! Missing fruit the most but I think I will be fine on Cruise as the veg will make up for it.
Keen to hear from anyone on how they are getting on and if anyone has reached their True Weight and is in Consolidation phase!

P.S. - Lost three pounds since I weighed myself the night before I started. I am guessing it's mostly water retention but I don't care, what a motivator! It's like being on a VLCD!

Welcome, CoCoMo, and good luck with Dukan!

We currently have 2 Stabilisers in the forum, both of whom are such an inspiration. Then there are also several Consolidators (including myself).

You might like to start up a diary to let us know a bit more about you and to chart your progress. It can be very helpful!

Also particularly helpful are the Recipe section and the Daily Menus thread - great for inspiration. If you post your own menus in the Daily Menu thread, we can take a look through them and let you know of any potential problems.

Yes, the initial water loss is a lovely ego boost - but there should be some proper fatty weight coming off soon, too. A lovely feeling! :)
