Hi peeps 
I am rejoining Minimins as I am on my second day of Dukan, and I have come to the conclusion that this is the best possible diet I could have chosen. However, the website although actually full of good stuff when you get used to navigating it, has the WORST forum ever, people are just on there whining and it's depressing me! So I remembered how nice the people were here, and I am coming back for more
3lbs off in two days, not bored on the diet, full as a gun and eating stuff I like, so all going fine so far! Missing fruit the most but I think I will be fine on Cruise as the veg will make up for it.
Keen to hear from anyone on how they are getting on and if anyone has reached their True Weight and is in Consolidation phase!
P.S. - Lost three pounds since I weighed myself the night before I started. I am guessing it's mostly water retention but I don't care, what a motivator! It's like being on a VLCD!
