Ugh the headache is not fun
Keep up your water intake abnd dont do anything too active.
It will pass soon enough.

Oh good. I could kill for some spinach! Had 2 litres of water again.

total 0% greek yogurt is a good choice - it's more expensive than the own brands but it has the lowest carbs of all the yogurts I've found.
