Hi everyone!! Stumbled across this forum a few days ago and after lurking about having a bit of a nose decided to create an account!! I'm Kellie and a few years ago lost 3stone using MyFitnessPal but since then have put it all back on and then some. So after a few failed attempts I joined Slimming World thinking a new approach would help... which it is!! If you ignore the 10lbs gain after I got on engaged and went on holiday!!

Shumai KellyLou, you're in good company on here , plenty of support and experience. I'd recommend setting up a food diary, it helps focus through the weeks. We all have a pop in and see what everyone else is eating and share ideas. You could also diary your fitness activities, it's good to see it on here and can inspire others too.
