Fingers crossed it will work for me as im on day 4 but am struggling as I dont really like the taste of the 3 shakes as they taste very sweet! Any tips on making them taste better id appreciate it

    Hi Dan - :welcome2:

I'm a relative 'newbie' here myself so I'm sure others with more experience will have a few more good ideas. I only know I struggled with the shakes too. I find that I keep water in the fridge and use this and a liquidiser to mix them. I then add a handfull of ice cubes and blitz again. I find this the best option for me. Also, I've made it to the second week and I find I am struggling less than last week so I guess I must be adjusting to the taste - hope that happens for you too.

Anyway, good luck on your weight loss journey... If you can stick with it, the results are amazing.

Hiiii! I'm new to the lipotrim too, but have discovered a few ways to make it more enjoyable for those who aren't fond of the taste.

You can freeze them and make them like an ice cream.
You can make them with less water which makes a good mousse. (works best with chocolate flavour!)
You can make them on hot water, and add coffee powder, which makes a cappucino/latte taste with vanilla, and a mocha taste with chocolate. I wouldnt reccomend using strawberry for this one.. haha.
You can add peppermint tea to the chocolate one if you like the taste of after8 chocolate/mint choc.

There's loads of ways to mix and match :D good luck!

    Hi 99hardid

I had my first shake Friday morning, so I've not had my weigh in yet, but I feel so much better already even if it is hard work!! I actually don't mind the shakes think they taste ok, but suppose in a few weeks I may get pretty sick of them :)
