New to minimins, 2nd time cwp, baby weight & then some to lose

Hello miniminers,
I’m on day 6 of my 2nd attempt at CWP. I’m doing step 2. Doing ok so far. It’s tough though. I’m a complete sugar junkie. I can’t get through a day without biscuits & Pepsi max normally. I have a 1 year old boy& a hungry husband so not eating what I cook for them is torture. I gained heaps of weight while preggers, tonnes in fact not only cos I was pregnant but because I’d given up smoking & filled my face. Now my boy is 1 & fully mobile I think enough is enough. I’m too self conscious to go to mother & baby groups & have been isolating myself due to my size. i don’t want to be a big mum. I’ve previously been successful on slimming world, I lost 5st a few years ago & kept it off for a good while but don’t feel I have the patience to take that route this time. I recently tried exante but to no avail, I think not having someone to weigh me didn’t give me the push I needed & I ended up messing about.
This is has to be it for me this time, I am doing this so I can be the wife & mum I want to be so fingers crossed. Weigh in tomorrow.
