    Hi all

I hope everyone has had a great Wednesday!

I'm new to minimins but have done so many diets over the years. I'm currently doing weight watchers pro points. I'm finding it fits in well with my lifestyle and I can eat 'normal' food all week and have a night out.

I do struggle if I have more than 1 night out for drinks per week or eat out more than once a week. I was out for a work lunch today and I'm out for dinner and drinks Friday then a birthday party on Saturday. I am already dreading next weeks weigh in. I try to compensate by doing exercise, I went for a jog yesterday and a swim, will be going swimming tomorrow and will try to do some exercise on the weekend (but that's not likely to happen with the hangover I'm going to potentially have!!)

Does anyone else struggle with their points allowance if they have more than 1 'night out' per week? And can anyone suggest something else I can do other than eat lettuce for lunch and dinner everyday to claw back the points I am more than likely going to use up! I feel like I'm wasting all the hard work I have done during the week, but I dont want to decline invites because I'm on a diet!

All advise very welcome and I hope you all have a lovely week and get the weight losses you want! : ) xx

Hi and welcome. Are you using the weekly propoints as well as your daily allowance?

Someone suggested using the weekly ones earlier on in the week rather than just before weigh in.
