    Hi all i'm new to all these pills i just wondered what is the best breakfast to have?? I know about lunch etc... but breakfast is a hard one at the mo i'm having poridge with skimmed milk but the fat is 4.2 i think. :sigh:

    You just need to be under 5g per 100g

    I just have a bowl of branflakes (with semi skimmed milk) and a cup of tea for breakfast :)

    I have weetabix with semi skimmed milk.
    Or toast with marmite.

    I think i will have a look round Tesco's to see what they've got lol i really dont like bran flakes, weetabix are good but i love sugar on them.:D

    was on Slim Fast but changed to Slimming world and Xenical
    if i were to eat cereals and such like i too like my sugar on my weetabix.... but having things like cheerios or nestle clusters, as i dont need things like sugar on them..

    also have had kellogs crunch nut too...

    remember you can have 15g per meal.. its just the 5g per 100g you need to try and stick below.

    hope this has given you some ideas

    oh cool chrunch nuts cornflakes it gets better, when u have to look at the fat on everything it really makes u see what crap they put in food. Thank u every one
