You just need to be under 5g per 100g

I just have a bowl of branflakes (with semi skimmed milk) and a cup of tea for breakfast :)

if i were to eat cereals and such like i too like my sugar on my weetabix.... but having things like cheerios or nestle clusters, as i dont need things like sugar on them..

also have had kellogs crunch nut too...

remember you can have 15g per meal.. its just the 5g per 100g you need to try and stick below.

hope this has given you some ideas
