New to propoints

Hun, you really shouldn't be hungry all the time on this diet.... The idea is to cut down the carbs (which will leave you feeling hungry a short time after eating them) and up the protein - keeping you fuller for longer. Fruit is completely "free" so you can snack on that..... Honestly, in 6 weeks of being on pp's I've not felt hungry once....

But, in answer to your question, yes you can split the weeklies over 7 days... x
I have good days where I find myself having to use points up at the end of the day and then there are days where I just want to eat everything in sight but on those days I just remind myself that that's how I got this big 'in' the first place!! Your body will adjust to the new amount of food just keep at it! X
