New to propoints

    So I have the books, on day 2.. not going to meetings.
    I understand 29 points a day and 49 weekly points. Well I've been hungry the last 2 days and used all my daily points.. Can I split my weekly points into 7 extra a day so id be having 36 instead of 29 points?

    Hun, you really shouldn't be hungry all the time on this diet.... The idea is to cut down the carbs (which will leave you feeling hungry a short time after eating them) and up the protein - keeping you fuller for longer. Fruit is completely "free" so you can snack on that..... Honestly, in 6 weeks of being on pp's I've not felt hungry once....

    But, in answer to your question, yes you can split the weeklies over 7 days... x

    You can use them however you feel. I tend to use a few on weekdays to top up my dailies and more at the weekends for a bit if a splurge.

    I feel hungry on this diet too! but 4 weeks in and 7 pounds lighter im definitely going to stick to it for aslong as i need to! :)

    Some people do feel hungry and some don't. Its not really wrong either way. You have started on the lowest amount of points, whereas some people (like me) are on a lot more... I'm on 45 and sometimes its hard to even feel like you are filling the day, not to mention just eating til your full.

    I have good days where I find myself having to use points up at the end of the day and then there are days where I just want to eat everything in sight but on those days I just remind myself that that's how I got this big 'in' the first place!! Your body will adjust to the new amount of food just keep at it! X
