Eurgh!! An American candy stall just opened next to the pictures in Newcastle, so sooo many good treats, about 5 amazing flavours of m&m's but I couldn't see anything more as the bf hurried me past it Sayin no no charl you know you can't have it, haha! I think he takes this plan more seriously than me! X

Charl when you get back on the real food I defo recommend you treat yourself to the coconut or raspberry or peanut butter m&ms!

Will miss tomorrows weigh in again as working at 7am so going to weigh in at 9am today and probably use that as my result.

Quite surprised the scales have been showing a loss all week :-D considering I had a night out on saturday and drank loads of rum and didn't point it this is rather impressive - the rum, Kitkat and icecream diet has worked rather well :p nah my colds pretty much all gone now so need to get back into eating real food think I'll try mostly simply filling days next week as have ate loads of rubbish with my propoints all week.

Being ill has it's advantages though- I didn't count the points for alcohol as didn't want to use all my weeklies on day1 and then go crazy but today's my last day this week and still have 20 weeklies left from the 49 I allowed myself! Though if I had counted the booze I would be in minus figures haha but pleased that I allowed myself them and havnt needed them all :) x

Just on my break at work - as much as I don't really like working in this other shop at least they have wifi :) weigh in this morning and all week really has been 9st 4lb do that's down 1lb from last week and only 4lb til target WOOP!! :-D rather impressed at the amount of snacky crap, rum and icecream being consumed this week and still had a loss!! Guess being ill helped as havnt had much of an appetite x

Well done on the loss! Ur so luck u can eat those sorts of things and still loose! I guess it helps that u stick to plan (within pp)! 4lb shouldn't take that long to go!

I am quite shocked at the variety of kitkats available in the world. I must be boring, I only really like the dark chocolate ones, and even they are a bit sweet for my liking.

My boyf has told me they have hazelnut kit Kats in Germany. I'm so getting some of them! And some Ritter sport with strawberry yoghurt flavour filling! Hmmm.

Thanks ladies I am really pleased as my losses have been pretty consistent on ww other than the weeks I go totally off plan, whereas on sw they were a bit all over the place. Keep being surprised whenever I manage a loss this close to target!! If I managed 1lb a week I could be at target in a month, but that's asking a lot I would be really overjoyed to be there in 2months!

Argh Thursday's are so busy do all my bits I need done before work then work til 6 then travel to my stress control class thing for 7, home just before 9 then dinner and shower then it will be straight to bed I am knackered!! Working my first full day shift since starting back tomorrow - 7am til 6pm argh!! Friday is our busiest day so hopefully it will go in quickly!! Won't get to catch up on diaries tonight hope all is well!

Ps Sarah sent your package 1st class this morning so hopefully that will arrive tomorrow for you! Xx

Yeah most ppl struggle to loose when near goal, I'm only half way there and I've started struggling. (obviously whilst on plan) uve done great! Sounds like sf agrees with u more than sw
