New to SW - Any Gluten Free advice?

Hello, I'm new to all this, going to my first meeting tomorrow after finally deciding to do something about my weight. there comes a time when buying bigger clothes doesn’t work!

I've also been on a gluten free diet for 3 years due to an intolerance, dose anyone know if gluten free products are counted as free foods, the same as the standard product?

Hi Caroline.
I have asked this and managed to find some bits and pieces. I think if you are a member you will find lots of stuff on the website about it. The quick answer is yes!
I am on my iPod so can't post you links but if you google things like
Syns gluten free bread etc you will find bits and pieces.
