New to SW...do I still need to eat 1/3 superfree on red and green days?

Hi

I have just joined as I'm attempting to do SW on my own (started on Monday) and it's quite a lot to learn! I was calorie counting before and had lost a nearly 2 stone but my weight loss came to a stand still and then I went on holidays for a week all inclusive and can't seem to lose the weight I gained!

So far this I have found all the answers on minimins but I was wondering if someone could tell me if I should still be eating 1/3 superfree on Red and green days. So far I have been just alternting red and green days.

Hi, a third superfree is recomended on red/green, however it is not compulsory like it is on extra easy.

Have you had a read of the 'Slimming World Advice for New comers' sticky? It might be some use to you?

I still eat my third SF on red and green days, they are they bits that are filling and nutritious ;) good luck
