and just wanted to say hello:)
This is only my first week on the diet and so far so good. I'm doing the red/green plan, having mostly red but tried green yesterday; was bliss to eat so many carbs! However, I did eat 3 mugshots for snacks, was wondering if this is too much.

I disagree I afraid - even free foods can affect your losses if eaten to excess that I personally would not take three mugshots are snacks as they are relatively high in calories when compared to fruit

If you are so hungry that you need to snack that much then why not eat more at meal times or choose lower calorie options like fruit
