    Hi everyone,
    I just joined sw cpl days ago and have appx 3stone to lose. I dont know though if im following it properly, as i seem to be eating lots more than usual????? HELP!!!! :)

    That's so common. It's really hard to trust the plan. Particularly in the early stages :) even now I have my wobbles. Definitely post a diary and let us have a look :)

    As long as its the right things that you're eating then you will be fine. What are you enjoying so far? I also have three stone to lose but am setting myself little targets.
