I am in my third week of the cambridge Diet an would to heat your stories.
Some days are worse than others for me.
I cheated loads on week one but think im on track now. We will see.
only 60lbs to go! xxxx

Im on my 3rd day of CD and so far so good. My First weigh is on Tuesday and I worry I'm not going to make it without eating something! I find myself thinking about food constantly! Well done on your weight loss so far!
I know what you mean, I miss my food that's for sure however that's what's got me here. :-(
I no longer hungy it's just the desire to eat that is the problem.
Keep it up once u get past day four it's easier. Xxxxx
