Hello all. I started my journey aiming to lose about 75 lb, but i've realised that at 16 stone and only 5ft 1 tall i'll still be very very overweight. So i've moved my goalposts. I want to aim for my century instead. I've made a good start losing 9lb in two weeks. Once i hit my centruy i will still need to lose some more but the 100lb is my first major target. Looking forward to travelling the road with you all.
