    Hello all.

I started my journey aiming to lose about 75 lb, but i've realised that at 16 stone and only 5ft 1 tall i'll still be very very overweight. So i've moved my goalposts. I want to aim for my century instead. I've made a good start losing 9lb in two weeks.

Once i hit my centruy i will still need to lose some more but the 100lb is my first major target.

Looking forward to travelling the road with you all.

Nope, starting at just over 21 stone. I set myself a target of 16 tone initially but have changed it to 14 stone 2 :)

Hey, you're form north staffs! That's where i'm originally from. Lived in cannock for most of my early life and spent 6 years in stoke. Got bored and moved to lincolnshire, lol!

Your starting weight is the same as mine was, then. :)

Anyone would get bored in Stoke, lol. I'm in Newcastle, just next door, so no more exciting! ;) My hubby was living in Lincs when we met, in Grantham, so I spent over a year driving up and down the A50 a couple of times a week, until he moved here. :) xx

Thank you! It really can be done, so just keep up the good work, take it steady, and the weight will be gone before you know it. I've kept a pair of trousers I bought for my nephew's wedding in 2011 - they're a size 30 (yikes!) and I'm now in 16/18, so I try them on any time I start feeling like I'm not any smaller - 6 or 7 sizes makes a BIG difference, lol. All the best. :) xx
