Hi all

I started the cambridge diet in Sept but its not for me as I like eating found its hard having to prepare meals and not eat yourself. I lost 16lbs and have put half of it back on:cry:, still it could be worse. I apologise for not posting as often as I could or should.

I have decided to do ww several years ago I lost 21lb in 3 months but as usual I put it back on plus a bit more for good measure.
I am determined this time to stick to it and lose 10% of my weight to start with. I have set myself this small goal as really I need to lose 8stone to get my bmi below 25 and thats to much for me to think about at present.

ooh, yes, welcome, the more the merrier! what a bunch of losers we all are, and i mean that in the literal sense of the word ladies :)
