I'm not new to the site having been on the Lipotrim section a few times ,im hoping to join in with everyone with sensible eating etc to try and loose some more weight and actually be able to eat he he

Good luck on your fresh start!! Lots of people like to write diaries about how their journey is progressing and to help order their thoughts so that they can focus their slimming and get support when its needed! I don't know what i'd do without all the wonderful people who support me on my shrinking!!

I tried Lipotrim once... i lasted two days before i went face first into a bigmac! hahaha
