Hi everyone .
Im new to this site . joined slimming world a couple of years ago , did really well lost 3 stone but due to shift work was unable to get to the classes much in the last year so have put 2 stone of it back on .
determined to try again and this seems like a good place to start

That's exactly what I did !!! Been on eBay and got books from 2004 when lost 8 st !! Although after all this time I've put 7 st back on in the last 4 years !!!!! Terrible !!!!! I'm defo losing it all !!!!!! Tomorrows my end of first week weigh in ....... Got fingers crossed for big loss !!!!
