New to this!

Hello all! I've never been on an online forum, specially not about this kind of thing! I'm currently going WW pro points (everyone I've see here is doing SW, surely I'm not the only one trying to work out the points in a prawn cracker!?) I started at 16st and am now 15.4 3 weeks later. Hoping to get encouragement as I'm beginning to get bored or fruit and veg!! I want to lose weight as I have a 7 month old son who is tying to crawl and If I'm going to stand any chance if keeping up with him when he does I need to do something!! Feel free to say hello, I can image these things are lonely if noone chats to you?! Now back to my cracker calculations.........

Hi Simon, Welcome to this fab forum.

Well done in wanting to get things sorted so you can be a fitter and healthier person which will help so much when you are playing around with your little son.
There is a WW section as you will see from the drop down menu so do set up your own diary a.s.a.p. then you will get plenty of visitors who can help and encourage you and give you lots of recipes into the bargain.
