New to this!!

Hi everyone!! I'm new to this forum but need a bit of help with slimming world! Been on plan for 5 weeks and have lost 6 lb! I no it's a loss which is good but was hoping for a bit more. First week lost 3, second stayed the same, third lost 2, then stayed the same then last week lost 1! I wanted to loss about 1.5 st so not lots but thought would cone off quicker? Been following plan and only have average 8-9 syns a day! Any ideas?? Xx
