New to WW and need help!

hello and welcome, i would say dont think of it as a week of being good just take each day 1 at a time and just concentrate on staying within your points from breakfast to bedtime,1 meal at a time-maybe plan what your going to eat and snack on should a snack attack happen and before you know it you've done 7 days all 100%.
