New to WW and need help!

    New to ww!
    Anyone got any good tips for week one to get good results?? It's my second day and i'm not doing very well :(

    weight watchers now slimming world!
    hello and welcome, i would say dont think of it as a week of being good just take each day 1 at a time and just concentrate on staying within your points from breakfast to bedtime,1 meal at a time-maybe plan what your going to eat and snack on should a snack attack happen and before you know it you've done 7 days all 100%.

    goodluck, you can do this and theres lots of support here to be had to help keep you on track xx
