New to WW

I joined WW on Tuesday night. So been following the plan for 4 days now. I am currently allowed 42pp a day. So far I haven't gone over my daily allowance as I have been eating loads of fruit. I just wondered if anyone finds it easier to lose weight if you actually use some of the 49 weekly pp? I just know that I'm going to be absolutely mortified if I go to my WI on Tuesday and I've put weight on! :sigh: x
