New to WW

I guys I'm completely new to WW always been a slimming world girl but was time to change but I lack motivation and just want to see if using a forum will help me lose my weight any tips will be much appreciated Leanne x

Hi Leanne, I also switched from SW to WW as I was really struggling to lose however that has all changed since joining WW...... Loving it! :)

Hey welcome i love weight watchers have lost 1 stone 3 pounds in 4 months and love it :) im new to this mini minis finding it difficult to use hopefully ill get the hang of it because love coming on here
 
Good luck :) Just remember to track everything. Maybe write a list of your favourite foods with the points value next to them until you get the hang of it. You could stick points stickers on tempting high points food just to remind you how much it is before you eat it ;) I've always found that weighing yourself in the middle of the week isn't a good idea...it is never the same as what I would get at my meeting and sometimes it can really take your motivation away :( I do a menu plan for main meals...makes it easier to know the points and to do the shopping :)
