New vs. Old System

Hello,

First off does anyone know how many points are in pro points? Is there some sort of ratio? It would be super handy to know! :D

Also, do you prefer the new pro points system to the old one? Have you found it more effective?
 
I've done both as well. The old WW was ne from about 15yrs ago and I got on famous with that but have been doing Calorie counting this time.
My daughter has lost all her wieght by doing the new Pro points WW and swears by it...so it's what suits you really.

The general amount of Pro Points is 26 -29 per day and an extra about 40 per week but it is all calculated on your weight and height.
 
i think the new system is much better! I never lost more than 5lbs on the old system. I love it :D
 
I believe the old points are roughly half the value of propoints. So 1.5 points is 3 pp - although I never did the old plan so I'm not 100%!
