Chicken stirfry with sliced potato, brocili, mushroom, onion, bean sprouts and a stock cube to flavour & wholegrain rice

sat 20th feb

was at a show had no brown bread so had

2 white bread (any1 kno syns?)
2 rashers 2 eggs (was fried in oil so 3 syn ? )
red sauce .5 syn

chicken potato roast veg and stock cube instead of gravey
butter (3 syns)

apple, banana muller light

breakfast

tomato mushroom onion

chicken caserole, made with chicken fillet, carots, mushroom, onion, potato, green beens & chicken stock cubes

started off soooo good ! but got the munchies in front of the tv
