feeling quite pleased with myself today, got up at 4.50am, went to work for 14 hours, took the stairs every time instead of the lift (thats 60 flights :-o) and still got home and did 30 mins on the Wii fit. i make a routine on the custome thingy that lasts roughly 30 mins, including a warm up/cool down, then do another activity, usually jogging or hula, then my daily test thingy.

i need to go to bed now though methinks! keep up all the good work people!!

did an hour this morning. i'm not sure if the custom routine thing is secific to Wii fit plus or not, but you go into training, then routings, then at the bottom it has a custom bar...i think. i just do it LOL i dont really look at where i am clicking!

Today my workout consisted of 42 mins of legs, bums and tums on the New U Personal Trainer game followed by 46 mins of boxing on Cardio Boxing topped off with a 30 min jog on the Wii Fit. That's a pretty standard session for me. Oh, and that was after a power walk for 1 hr 40 mins with the dogs. I think I've earned the glass of red wine that I'm just about to have!! :p

I admit it's probably easier for me than for most people as there's only me and my son. Yesterday he was out with his mates all afternoon so when he's out I take advantage and crack on. Having said that, in the week I just make time of an evening. I've got into such a habit with it now that I get twitchy if I can't do my workout ;)

The boxing game is a actually called My Fitness Coach Cardio Workout. I bought it cos I loved doing the rhythm boxing on the Wii Fit game. It cost me a tenner from Amazon and I think it's one of the best tenners I've ever spent as I think it's really helped me lose weight :D
 
Thanks LC.. rhythm boxing is my fave which is why that interested me & am getting a bit bored of the same old routines!! Have EA active which I must try...

I also got to a point where I was getting twitchy if I didn't get my work out daily but have just had a fall off the wagon so am slowly getting back into it again!!
