New xenical user

Hi I am new to Xanical I was on Exante but doctor has told me off as my blood sugars were so high .. Ive got 3 stones to lose and I really need a low fat diet can anyone help by suggesting a diet that would help me I cannot go w/w etc as I am in a wheelchair and also in bed a lot of the time so would love some diet suggestions please Linda

Hi there & welcome to the forum. I use Free Calorie Counter, Diet & Exercise Journal | MyFitnessPal.com to track my calories & fat. You can set it so it works out how many calories you should be eating & as per the xen rules no more than 5g fat per 100g, no more than 15g per meal & 45g per day (MFP tells you you can have more normally). The sticky thread for new starters is a must read. Good Luck with your journey x

I follow xen rules & cal.count. I too use my fitness pal to track it all x

Can't add anything different I'm afraid. I too keep within xen rules and calorie count on My Fitness Pal.
