well ive done it :D

after a very hard week(well 6 days as i had bad day tues) and wi today and im 9lbs down:D:D:D

dont know how to copy the list though and add my weight loss ( my 11 yr old did it for me the first time lol)

im over the moon!! my target for jan was 18lb so thats another 9lb and im there!!

No probs :) ooh yes I reckon we should colour code losses, that's a good idea! Actually it's 9lbs since Monday - it's my first week, today being day 7, so I guess my losses are over 6 days rather than 7 (I started Monday morning so really my WI should be tomorrow morning not today)... meaning my average loss for the week is 1.5lbs a day :D pretty amazing, but I always get a 8lb-ish loss in week 1 :D happy days!

I'm jealous -- I never get much more than about 5 to 6 the first week. But, I'm only 5'4" if I fluff my hair.
 
lol, don't worry I'm not a tall person either...well i'm 5'5 and a half.... the half is very important! I can just about get away with 5'6'' if I stand ultra straight and tall!
 
lol!!! Im barely 5'2!! and that includes the messy mop hair!!
suppose im really only 5'1.. with maybe a half on a good day!
 
LOL we're all shorties! i'm only 5'4" and that's on a 'tall day' x
 
lol - my hubby has a new nickname for me "titch" - he said he hasn't realised how small I am in height before!!! Compliment? Yeah, as good as!!! ROFL :d

I just realised... we're not overweight, we're undertall! I think I might just grow some more, and then I'd be the perfect weight for my height! LOL
