Going for Goal!
Many of you are just starting CD, while many of us are either getting back on the wagon after a Christmas break or just carrying on as normal with CD life :D

This time of year most of us feel positive about the year ahead - and so we should, it's looking bright for all us loosers! ;)

For those who are new to the forum, we occasionally put together challenges and sign up to them, stating our goal for that challenge. Then when you have had your official weigh in with your CDC, type the amount you have lost that week (if you are new you can look at other challenges that have been done previously) I thought i'd keep this 'New Year Challenge' easy!

Here's the challenge:

1. Exercise. Make a 'change' habit - This can be anything from a 10 min walk, to a daily exercise regime.

2. Water. Glug away - You can either make a real effort to stick with the recommended 2.5 litres, or increase your intake to help flush away the fat!

My personal challenge is to make a habit of using my 'biggest looser' game on a daily basis to increase my current lack of exercising, and to attempt 3 litres of water each day :D:D:D I'm hoping this will help me to loose 1 stone this month. I will record my losses each week.

Here goes!!!

hi emma and everyone,
am back after a couple of weeks off for xmas (thank god, was starting to lose the plot a bit ), i officially start mon when i go back to see my cdc again. i am hoping to lose 14lbs in jan. hope you all had a great crimbo and new year!!

Good luck any newbies or restarters, lets make 2010 our year for fantastic weightloss!!!! (I am 30 this year and determined not be be fat and 30!)

Hi,

Im not new to cd, I first started in january 2007, and I did really well:), in total lost :):) about 6 stone.

But here I am, trying to lose that all over again after illness/not watching what i ate and fogetting how BLOODY HARD it was to lose in the first place:(

I have some cd packs, so for the first 5/6 weeks it will be SS all the way like before, but then I run out of packs and money, so I will have to work out some other cheap way of keeping in that golden KETOSIS state and on the plan:)

I need the start of this decade to be different, need to be slim, healthy and happy:) Iv promised myself and others that I'll be all these things so many times in the past, but I know ME, so I need for my sake to take each day at a time, so what if I stumble and what if I fall then I'll just brush myself down and start back like a new day:)

Good luck to all starters and re-starters, good luck to those that have over 10lbs or ten stone to lose.

count me in too. I'm also going back to the gym on Monday too and aim to go at least 3 times a week but hopefully more!

Have decided on a new lower goal of 11 stones and after a small gain over Xmas :D, I now have 12lbs to drop which I want GONE by the end of Jan.....
