Going for Goal!
Many of you are just starting CD, while many of us are either getting back on the wagon after a Christmas break or just carrying on as normal with CD life
This time of year most of us feel positive about the year ahead - and so we should, it's looking bright for all us loosers!
For those who are new to the forum, we occasionally put together challenges and sign up to them, stating our goal for that challenge. Then when you have had your official weigh in with your CDC, type the amount you have lost that week (if you are new you can look at other challenges that have been done previously) I thought i'd keep this 'New Year Challenge' easy!
Here's the challenge:
1. Exercise. Make a 'change' habit - This can be anything from a 10 min walk, to a daily exercise regime.
2. Water. Glug away - You can either make a real effort to stick with the recommended 2.5 litres, or increase your intake to help flush away the fat!
My personal challenge is to make a habit of using my 'biggest looser' game on a daily basis to increase my current lack of exercising, and to attempt 3 litres of water each day I'm hoping this will help me to loose 1 stone this month. I will record my losses each week.
Here goes!!!
