Hi all

HAPPY NEW YEAR!! i literally just got home from central it was made but good.

I had a good time had drinks not seriously now since its the 1st of 2012 we all need to get back into sticking to this diet and no more restarts ot excuses because its xmas or new years.

I am going to restart in the morning and really gearing to stick to it until end of april hoping to lose 3 stones.

whos with me to restart today???
