new year new start my food diary

Hey! Found you :D. I'm am really impressed by all your exercising, this is somehing I really need to improve upon. Your diary looks good. I know like me you are off out this weekend aren't you. I'm finding the whole going out thing a bit daunting, I was hoping I'd be further on when that happened. I may have to post in the eating out thread for advice.

I see you ride too. Do you have your own horse?

You've had great losses the last two weeks, well done :D
 
Hi Nicholas, the only thing I'd say is you seem to be having the same meals alot, especially for breakfast. This isn't wrong, but you might find that mixing up your HEB's and having say weetabix or allbran may make a difference. You are guessing at some of your syns, and do you measure your butter by scraping it off level with a knife? Are you weighing your bread/ using 2 slices from a small loaf?
Don't forget if you start a new programme of exercise, especially if it's TBL with all those lunges and squats, your thigh muscles will retain water initially and that slows your weightloss for a few weeks but it soon evens out.

hi thanks for the feedback, the reason i stick to same breakie is that i love it and i know i wont get fed up of it a cereal wouldnt fill me i dont think but i'll def change it and see,

ya i made mistakes with my bread the first week but found the right sliced pan after

i'm cooking loads and the whole family are enjoying it, thanks again

hiya, ya i do own my own horse i bought her just before snow so only really riding her in last 2 weeks, loving her, what about you do you ride?

ya a bit of a burst at the excersing my cousin is egging me on!!

No I don't ride. Right now that would be cruelty to horses. I used to when I was younger though, not particularly well but for fun.

I've just ordered the Davina DVD so hopefully your burst of exercise will rub off on me.
