Hey guys, I haven't been around in aaaages, hope you're all good! I'm finally getting back on the CD wagon in January and I have to say, I'm actually really excited about it, crazy I know!!

I've done the whole healthy eating and fitness plan and it did work, I was losing, but not at the rate I was with CD and there were lots of stay the same weeks, or weeks when I wouldn't bother with the gym, and the plan would go out the window, and then a couple of pounds on doesn't seem much in the world of CD, but as I'm sure you guys know, using other methods it can take a week or two to get it back off again. I think I need to strict discipline of CD again.

So I've decided that when my student loan is in on the 11th I'm going to see my local CDC, who I made an appointment with a couple of weeks ago. I've decided that enough is enough really and this time, I'm sticking to it even if I have to try and find a part time job to go alongside uni to carry on with it!

I thought about making it a New Years Resolution, but I've realised I've had far too many of them in the past, this time it's just changing, no fad resolution.

Hope you've all had a good Christmas and have a great new year!

    Caroline
    xx

Sorry for late response. Haven't been on for a while. My CDC is Katie Peks from Shifnal. Had a lot of success stories. I've updated my tracker again as determined to do it this time :)
