    Ok after my absolutely terrible year I am hoping 2011 will be the weight loss year for me.
    I KNOW I can do it, I just need to actually do it!

    So Hello everyone reading this....please feel free to offer me advice/support/a kick up the backside!

    My weight as of 1st Jan 2011 is 20st 5lbs (285lbs)
    I am unsure of my 'goal' weight but have set it to 10st 10lb for now, that may change.

    Will be trying to write here every day as being on here keeps me on track.

    So here's to a successful 2011 :D

    Oh just realised that my new exante journey is starting on 1/1/11....all the ones, thats gotta be a lucky sign right lol

    I had my first ever go on the wii fit today, my mum got brought it for xmas (now I want it!) I LOVED it.
    I stayed on there for over an hour, it kept telling me to get off and take a rest!
    I think I will be saving up for a wii and wii fit now as I could easily use that every day, you dont even feel like you're exercising :D

    Onwards and downwards!

    Now I reeeeeally want a wii and wii fit, went to my mums again today and had another go.
    They are so expensive though :(

    So it is the end of day 2 and so far so good.
    It's my birthday in may, I wonder if I could be in a size 18 by then....am a size 24 now. Do-able do you think?
    I hope so.

    Restarting at the gym this week aswell, so excited as I haven't been for ages. Will hopefully join up to a class as I get free classes in with my membership.

    So it's day 4 and I'm ill :( Have woken up with a sore throat/blocked nose/cough. I know it's not the diet that's made me ill of course, I've caught this off my brother, just feeling a little sorry for myself!

    All going well so far though, thank god!

    I am on quite alot of other forums and use the same pic as my avatar so it could be anywhere!!

    Thank you Kissme and JoanneM, I hope I get better soon too. It's so hard to get my water down when my throat hurts so bad.

    try some Ice cubes in your shakes or have iced water, keep taking the paracetamol and hang in there!!! jsut think how great you will feel when your not and in ketosis!

    you will be a tour de force! lol

    I feel better wwooooohooooo!

    I have decided to weigh in every 2 weeks instead of once a week and that is because last time I did exante I had a huge loss the 1st week and then nothing the 2nd and then I fell off the wagon! So I feel that if I weigh every 2 weeks then hopefully I will have lost something every weigh day.

    And ooohhhh every year we go somewhere/do something for my birthday which is in may. This year we (my friends and some family) are going to Great Yarmouth for a long weekend, I am so excited coz I love the seaside :D
    I am so hoping that I will be a size 18 by the time we go *fingers crossed* Am a 24 right now.
