wow!! what the heck is in them to make them so high? I love these but haven't had any since I have been on SW - might explain though why I needed to lose weight!!
I used to have the sesame one's with philadelphia & bacon....thought they were quite healthy...I might look & see how many the food doctor one's are now seeing as they are 'meant' to be healthy & good for you....
I dont do green as I have insulin resistence, so do red or m2m or EE but I love my potatoes with my main meal at night so have to syn them as I have usually had my 2 healthy b's by then.So usually the only time I dont have to syn my potatoes in the eve is if I do EE, therefore leaving me enough syns for a bagel!
