Hi, I've introduced myself over in the SlimFast section, but just thought I'd say 'hi' here as well. I've tried to lose weight before with Tesco Diets or just by calorie counting, but I struggle with portion size, binge eating, and just general self-control! My hope is by using the SlimFast meal replacements and not having food around at home (I plan on having my meal at work at lunchtime) I can get a hold on the over-eating, and hopefully see the result on my body! Combined with the support and motivation from this site, I really hope I'm on to a winner here I weighed in this morning at 14st 13lbs (my highest ever) and I will NOT get to 15st, so it's onwards and downwards... Anyway, sorry for the long intro, I'm a bit of a talker! Look forward to 'meeting' some of you over the coming months.
