    Just want to say hi to everyone :)

    Everyone on here is inspirational.

    Today is day 1 of Cambridge diet for me, wish my will power lol

    its my first day on SF and im struggling. hows it bn for you on the cambridge diet.

    Its been ok, im guessing tomorrow will be worse! i had a big nap to stop me eating lol

    how have u been getting on?
  4. hi, after my nap yesterday i could of eaten a horse howeva a cup of tea n a weight watcher bar was fine.

    havent bn to bad this morning, one litre of water. and one shake and i feel full and its one o clock already still have got another shake and a meal to go

    I'm also on SF, strictly 2 shakes and one meal! What r your weight loss goals? How is SF working for u?

    Im on my 6th day now, its getting better

    Its a hard diet yeah, tests your willpower quitw a bit lol

    Its a good diet though, gets results :)

    l decided to work on my metabolism and slowly decrease my calorie intake. It will be a slow process.
