My name is Emz. I joined Slimming World 4 weeks ago and was recommended to this lovely forum by a member of my group. She swears by the recipes given in here! and with such a glowing report, I had to have a look for myself

I just wanted to make a quick post and introduce myself.
I'm really looking forward to getting some fab ideas and hints and tips to keep me on the straight and narrow.
