Hi everyone, moving over officially from cambridge monday but just a few questions tried to have a sw day today had jacket potato with tuna for lunch and bbq for tea 1 pork chop, steak and chicken breast if i had a red or orginal day today how many syns roughly?
Surely i cant have all this meat its too good to be true?

Well as long as it's lean meat with all visable fat cut away it will be fre, and if you used the jacket potato as a healthy extra then that is ok too.

A lot of newbies are doing extra easy; which is you can have whatever is free on either day and you take the lowest syn value for foods with syns. So if something was 4.0 on red and 2.5 on green you'd count 2.5
