Newbie, am i eating too much??

Just started can anyone check I'm on EE,
Breakfast
2ww bread
Melon
Muller light vanilla
Lunch
Salad, chicken leg no skin
Cottage cheese with pineapple
Savoury rice
Coffee 2 marie biscuits 4syns
DINNER
Sw cottage pie and Brocolli
Dessert rice canderel vanilla essence
Sk milk from HE A
Thanks guys I've followed other slimming club this plan is great IF it works??
 
Hi there, I would try to increase your superfree intake a bit. I dont actually do ee myself as not good with veg.The rule of thumb for ee is that a third of every meal has to be superfree, even breakfast. You must have your syns too, 10 a day.This looks not too bad really, so well done. Snack on fruit too thats good. Just to let you know too if you dont know, cottage cheese and pineapple are synned. Only fat free plain cottage cheese, or very low fat like Asda Smart Price or Tesco Healthy options ones are free.Hope this helps you.
