    Hiya!
    I finally got the courage to re-join slimming world 2 weeks ago and have rediscoverd the joys of these forums so thought I'd say hello! (I joined a few yrs ago when i tried lipotrim but only lasted 3 days!)

    Had my 2nd weight in last night and managed 1 1/2 off! Have to admit I was slightly disappointed but only cos in my first week I managed 8 off! I knew I'd had a 'bad' week but still couldn't tell u where i went bad.

    Anyways I'm still very determined and very motivated and will probably bug you all with a million questions!

    Looking forward to the next few months!

    Don't be disheartened.
    8lb's is a GREAT first week loss but very hard to emulate to further weeks!

    You should be aiming for 1 - 2 lb's a week off.
    that way, it will be gone for good!!

    Never used a forum before so not sure what I'm doing but my weight loss was starting to slow down and starting to be a little lax with it so thought if I joined it would motivate me! any tips on using the forum?
